NationStates Jolt Archive

So who here has gotten it? I think its RHCPs best work scince Californication. I like Snow(Hey Oh), Dani Calfornia, and Stadium Arcadium.
Thoughts? Criticisms? Was it heartfelt? Stirring? A piece of crap?

I still have to get it. I'm going to this weekend though.

The closest cd store to me closed down (except the used cd stores...) so I couldn't get it already.

Although now that I think of it, there is the electronics section of the grocery store, but I'd rather go to a real cd store since I just have to wait two days.

I've got it... A bit too much funk for my taste, but generally good. Especially Dani California.

I would say it was disappointing, but then I didn't expect much, so it was impossible to be disappointed.

I think "underwhelmed" is the best way to describe my reaction upon hearing this for the first time. It's just not that good...

Its allright, but nothing compared to their original material.

turgid and bloated

I actually liked it a lot, it's going to take me ages to get through all the songs though.
Dani Calafornia, Torture Me, snow (hey oh), Cahrlie and Especally in Michiagan are the best bits.
