Hey ya'll, I'm not around in General much really, but its nice to know theres so many people here when you need it!

I'm doing a debate with my youth group in Britain about the use of UAV's and other Remote Controlled Combat Aircraft. I was wondering which UAV's are employed by the RAF or British Army, and what roles they are employed in.

The exact debating subject is:

"Can remotely piloted vehicles fulfil all the opporationality of the RAF?"

And we are speaking against this motion. Any input on the subject in general would be great. The RAF site is down right now as well, which doesn't help!

This model is fairly common. It's made of lightweight, radar-transparent material and flies absolutely silently.

Mainly, yes. But hey, its worth a try is it not?

Besides, there are people out there that are interested. First time I've been the receivng end of some nice friendly sarcasm on here anyway....

You see if this was an older nation, you guys would be more respecting. Its jsut because I have under 100 posts and am quite new. You think I have no NS experience, I dont think so.

Dude, it's not that, its that there was a thread on here just today were someone was asking for advice. They got told to check the rules. Same as you should.
