This article is about the sexual assault policy at Gettysburg College. This policy is just a bit flawed though... it doesn't differentiate between a simple spontaneous hug and sexual assault. In fact, the students need verbal permission before hugging or kissing, even in a relationship.
So what are peoples thoughts on this article? A horrible breach of human rights, a great idea to solve promiscuity in colleges, or anything in between.

Hah, the Evening sun.
I can't help but laugh at the hilarity of the information. The human is dimming before the unbreaking of the world.

My favorite part of the article has to be this...
Under the code of conduct in Gettysburg College's student handbook, sexual misconduct is a threat of a sexual nature or deliberate contact without consent of the other person. Examples of physical contact requiring consent outlined in the policy include brushing, touching, grabbing, pinching, patting, hugging and kissing. The code includes sexual misconduct in the forms of sexual assault, physical harm, and coerced physical activities, which include rape.
So, no hugging or rape. Gotcha.
he human is dimming before the unbreaking of the world.

pc gone amuck....and you can hug me anytime..anyone can...just if you get grabby you might get smacked...
and a girl should deliver a knee if things get awry....and her friends should administer a beating..but that's not pc either?
Okay 1. If you're dating someone or if they're friends whatever, they're not going to be reporting a hug.
2. I honestly do not want or like people I do not know hugging or even touching me. I did file a SH complaint againt a coworker for making comments and doing stuff like always touching me (hand on my shoulder or back or my hand) it made me really uncomfortable and continues even after I told him I didn't like it.
Go Gettysburg.

Frottage?
That implies physical contact - she was not talking about physical contact, merely having someone stand next to her on an escalator, which is unavoidable during peak hour...
