Can anyone please tell me how I can create my own region? :confused:

Click on your region on the left on your main page, then click "Move to a new region," then "Create a new region."
You would have gotten a faster response on the Gameplay or Technical forums, just a heads-up.

This isn't really the right forum, but you need to go onto your current region page, then click the 'Tired of life in x? Then move to a new region!' link, then there should be a 'create a new region' link on the following page.
