I really don't know, I've tried looking in German Translators but it never yeilds any results. So is this German or some other langauge? It looks German to me.

It's likely from a latin langauge such as Spanish. I'm a bit rusty, but I believe it says "It saves us."

It could also be Portuguese. We would need more of the language to distinguish between Spanish and Portuguese as they are identical in this case.

I am. That was years ago and I don't live with them. ;) At this point my CHINESE is better than my Spanish.

No it's not German. However in German as a suffix, "-los" is the same as "-less" in English. As an adjective, "los" is more like "off" or "loose". As a command, "Los!" means "go".
