Ok, here's the story. I need to go to a college that offers Archivist study for graduate school. However, the only ones are out of school. There are two schools, one of them offer the degree that employers are hiring for, and another one isn't. The one that is is alot more expensive than the one that isn't. However, the more expensive one will break my parent's bank. So, in order to help out my parents, I am looking for Scholarships for me to go to college. Either Scholarship or grant, whatever. Anyways, I have a 3.0 GPA in undergraduate school, and I am a semester away from graduating. I've been able to maintain a 3.0 GPA throughout undergraduate school. I am handicapped, so that may help some. What I need is a scholarship that'll help through the 2 years I'll be spending there getting a dual master degree. So any ideas?

There aren't many graduate school scholarships. Check with the department of the school you want to apply to--there may be fellowships available, and there may be research or teaching assistantships to cover the tuition plus a small stipend.

I'm going to be frank here--a 3.0 in college isn't particularly awesome. It's not bad, but it's not earth-shattering either. And if you want to start in Fall 2007, you better get on it right now, because grad school applications may say things like "the deadline is March 1," but trust me, the best schools have their minds made up on all but one or two slots at most by December, and if competition is tight, you don't want to be late, because you don't want to give them any reason to be able to toss your app without reading it.
