F.A. Cup Final

Good day one and all,

Today is the day of the F.A. Cup Final and knowing its broadcast internationally, are you going to be watching it and who is going to win?

Liverpool are the favourites with the bookies, however have their big game goalscorer, Luis Garcia, banned for this match after being sent off 2 games ago, against West Ham. After having beaten Luton 5-2 in a classic F.A. cup match and also annihilating Brimingham (my gf's team :( ) 7-0 means that goals are not a problem. Despite having Peter Crouch up front ;) Finishing 3rd in the Premier league means that they go into the Champions league.

West Ham are of course the underdogs. Having peen promoted into the Premiership at the end of last season via a play off win, they are no strangers to the Millenium Stadium. Having performed well against the teams outside the top 4, they proved very a very excellent cup team as well, twice beating teams that they had previously lost to the week before to progress in the cup (Bolton and Middlesbrough). Hayden Mullins is banned after being sent off for a hissy fit with Luis Garcia against Liverpool. No matter the result, West Ham will be in the UEFA cup.

Go on, vote :D

He has been picked in the squad. If it heals well (fingers crossed), he should be ready to play in the round robin matches.

No. GMT and BST are different. It's Greenwich Mean Time in the winter, but remember when the clocks go forward? That's the jump between GMT, and British Summer Time.

West Ham to win the English FA Cup in a tense penalty shoot-out (Morientes missing to hand it to the Hammers). I have to say West Ham, though, as I was born in London and I'm a Man United fan, thus, Liverpool are doubly doomed from my perspective.
