I recently picked up a blast from my past. "The Electric Company" a show I grew up with and watched avidly every day. And while I was shocked at all the big name stars that were on there (not guests or cameos, but regular cast members.) like Morgan Freeman, Irene Cara, Rita Moreno, Gene Wilder, Zero Monstel, Joan Rivers, and Mel Brooks... but also the fact that I still remember all the songs and skits.

This got me wondering, who else seen this show, and what show(s) do you remember fondly while growing up.

I remember that show. I liked how they had Adam West on as Batman all the time. I also remember another show called 'Zoom', but just barely. I recall that one being pretty hip, though.

What was also loads of fun for me was watching re-runs of UFO and Space:1999 dubbed in french on Sunday afternoons a few years later..

batman??? oh, I think you mean "The Blue Beetle." yep, before he became a DC comic character, Blue Beetle was running around on the Electric Company!
