Simple Photoshop Request

Apparently someone deleted 7.0 from my computer. My request is that someone takes the following image and grayscales it, as well as removing the black background in place of a white one. I want the edges smooth. Paint is so inferior.

Woah...what's all this about compiling and source packaging?

I think it would be easier for someone just to do it than to try to explain all this shit to me. Why can't that site just have a simple download-install setup?

You obviously missed the Windows link. Anyways, click here (http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html) to download the Gimp.

You obviously missed the Windows link. Anyways, click here (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/gimp-2.2.11-i586-setup.zip?download) to download the Gimp. Just pick the place closest to you.
Following your link, he'll miss the GTK package needed for Gimp to run.

Right, I copied your link. Been a while since I tried to install the Gimp on Windows. Not too fond of it.

Not to be a jerk man, but I can easily make it grayscale in a number of different programs...like MS Word...
I want the black background gone alonw with it in grayscale but I want the black background gone with clean edges against the sword. Paint makes everything pixelated. Photoshop doesn't. The edges are smooth.

Ahh, well it's not like it's a paying gig. At least it's on a perfectly clean black background, now.
Good luck with that.

You are only going to get smooth edges from Scalable Vector-Graphics (SVG). Photoshop will also make it pixelated but has a bunch of neat tools to help you hide it.
