How do you cope with Stress?

We all get stressed out over something, wether it be big or small. And we all handle it in different ways. Some people have punching bags, others use other people as punching bags. I'd like to know how the rest of you handle stress and how you destress yourselves. I for instance bundle up all that anger and frustration deep down inside me. I pitty the person who crosses the line with me and unleashes all that pent up rage and fury.
I also sit down and just mellow out. That's a healthy way to destress. When I'm mellowing out I don't think of anything, I just sit there and possibly watch tv.
I watch something violent on TV. Great way to forget whatever is stressing me.
Haha. I like the response of Utracia.
Well anyways..
I usually blast music. Idk. I just... Do. lol

I don't get stressed. It's pointless.

Sometimes when I mellow out in an attempt to calm the raging beast within, I listen to the song "Don't Worry, be Happy". I love that song, it's my favorite.

I write, it's how i deal with every emotion i have and how i express them. I also meditate because it relaxes me, and i like listening to my favorite music too.

last time I lost control of my anger, I took on a kid 4 years my senior... after that, I never lost control of my anger.
I vent by arguing with myself (literally) as well as playing Doom, or any other shoot-em-up game I have.
I rant, or I unload a double-barrel shotgun on an evil overlord.

Three ways:
-workout while watching TV. Mindless TV and working up a sweat helps.
-sex
-beer, lots and lots of beer
if none of those are possible (ie i am in the lab and can't do any of the above) I go outside for a smoke and just not think. Deep breath in, hold it, and exhale....

exercise and/or chocolate binge.
I also find fuming and raging silently and impotently, bottling everything up inside and muttering "nothing, I'm fine" whenever someone asks me what's wrong also works really well. Give it a go.

Yay! Let's hear it for Passive-Aggressive Man!
Coming to fume silently at the world.
btw, it's not "I pitty the person..." but "I pity the fool..."

Eh I like to fly, or play my FPS games.
I vent my anger upon the virtual images of my hapless opponents on Soul Calibur 3, Mortal Kombat: Basically all of em, and any other number of fighting games.

Do we really need to be reminded of Mr. T?
