Small Question

So if you would please, if a minor were to be depressed in one way or another and sought help and did not want to go through the route of his parents to find help for fear of complicating things and interrogation, where would that minor go? Keep in mind that the minor wants things to remain confidential and yet involves his parents as minimally as possible.

The options would depend, in part, on where the "minor" lived. ie state or country.
A school counselor, a trusted adult parent of a friend, a trusted adult, a non-immediate family member, clergy, a teacher, family doctor.... In some states/countries a "minor" might have direct, confidential access with a medical or mental health professional.

Riverside County in Southern California.

If I was this 'minor' I would see either a doctor or just someone to talk to who I can trust.. Which can seem impossible if you're feeling depressed but there's always someone.
Bit of a pickle, due to his minor status it would be hard for him to get any serious treatment without the person being legally obligated to talk to his parents. If it's a really serious issue, such as drug, sexual, or physical abuse, the law may state that is has to be reported.
I'd say school counselor is the best bet to start with, with the youth in question making sure that the counselor knows he wants this kept confidental and to warn him when he is getting close to the line where the counselor would have to either report to athorities or to his parents.

Doctors are unreachable, lack of proper people to be able to talk to. Quite a problem.

Nothing as serious as what you suggest. However, it's quite a problem nonetheless and it's taking its toll. School counselors are out of the question, causing more problems in prior years than actual help.

How the fuck can a doctor be unreachable?

lol...
See, visiting a doctor costs $25 here already. And it's about a 15-20 minute drive. And no drivers license means not being able to get to the hospital to see a doctor. Any visit to the doctor means that something weird is going on and the parent would demand to know what's going on, something I'd like to avoid.

"Where are you going?"
"Just to a friends house"
And there must be a bus. Surely. Or else your transport system is fucked.

Ahh damn. Walk? 15 minute drive.. Whats that.. Hour? Maybe two? Not too bad if it's really important. $25, that's nothing really.. Save pocket money or get a job.

I think the best bet would be clergy. Might even go to one where you don't go to church. They should be knowlagable of government or private services that are available in your area for free. A doctor would charge and a school councilor would have more legal obligations. You can look for churches in the yellow pages. Just call and ask for an appointment. No need to explain to the secretary.
I'm not a Catholic, but all of the priests I've known are more knowlagable of these things than protestants. AVOID the fundamentalists. They will consider every problem to be a "lack of faith".
