Hallo, I am just interested to hear as many interpretations as possible of how to define Modern Tech.

If by "primarily" you mean "more than 50%", then no and yes. No to solar, yes to nuclear.

I'd define modern tech as something you throw out rather than try to repair.

I admit that's not perfect, but it sounds groovey to me.
