I was just wondering; does anyone else have a problem with repeating issues? I keep getting the same damn issues, over and over again! Am I the only one or is this a common occurence? Should I just "dismiss" duplicate issues from now on? Help...PLEASE!!!

it's normal. eventually you pass a certain point and suddenly there are a whole lot more issues available to you. it's based on population, or something.
also, what issues you get depend on what decisions you made in previous ones, and your rateings in various things. try choseing some different options mabey? i don't know. i just chose something.
