A powder blue 1970s Trans Am with T-tops, manual transmission, and a nice firebird on the hood.

That's what I would do at least.

I'm not a big fan old classic cars. If I were to get a car, it would probably be something like this:

Although, if I were a rich bastard, I have always wanted a Lamborghini Diablo.

Clearly you do not watch Super 7 commercials if you've never heard that phrase before.

When I was younger, and more foolish, I had a metallic brown Jensen Interceptor.

Cured me of wanting cool cars for the rest of my life..

I own a car from 1929, and trust me, you don't want to own something that vintage. It's nothing but a bother. If you want to get something fun, get an MGB.

It's a fun car, I suppose. Loads of muscle, which is good.

But mine used to literally 'eat' its front brakes. And the build quality is just terrible.

Also, my girlfriends ford focus actually handles better. So draw your own conlcusions.

They aren't that expensive after all.

If you want something classic get yourself a nice little Ford. Keep it simple, something like this (http://www.hotrodsurf.com/Hot_Rods/Voodoo/voodoo3.htm).

If you want to get something fun, get an MGB.I loved my old B, it was such a blast to drive. The electrical system drove me nuts though. It made me a sportscar fanatic for life. My current mission is to get me one of these (http://www.volny.cz/kislik/images/Seriovka/BMW.Z3.M.coupe.jpg). I got more than enough in the bank, just got to find the right one. Although I hear the Z4 version (http://autoblog.it/uploads/bmw_z4m_coupe_uff_06.jpg) will hit the show rooms in June. I'm about 10 grand short of what those will retail for new and I really don't want another car payment.
Oh well, maybe I'll get one of those when the leases start returning in a couple of years.

Yeah, they don't advertise the 7 that much in California...

They make a good argument though...
