No there will be no crusade. This artical shows a good thing by the catholic church, not cutting diplomatic ties with Taiwan just because China says so but this is probably just going to be an anti-catholic or anti-religion thread.

China has both a state-sanctioned Roman Catholic church - but also a bigger, unofficial church that is loyal to the Pope.
A lot of them would just join the unoffical church if they want to remain catholic.
