What's for supper tonight?

We are having Cajun style 15-bean soup with some ham hocks and pork chops in it. (I'll remove the meat, cut it off the bone and return it to the soup when the meat is done.) To go with it we will have some Spanish pan and I'll probably wash it down with some beer or root beer. Oh, and for desert we bought a rhubarb pie from the Amish at a plant and herb fair this morning. :fluffle:

Coffee, dope, repeat.

This could take a while...

We had chicken in lemon sauce, basmati rice and some mixed vegetables. Cuisine of China...from the south of England.

::shrug:: I have to work on a paper, so I'm heading to Panera Bread for quietness. I'll probably end up having some soup there. If I could choose whatever for dinner? I'd totally have some masala dosa.

Anyone have a good recipe for goulash? I know I've had it at some point in my life but can not remember what goes into it.

Peanut butter on toast. I've just arrived back at uni, and I haven't had time to get any food in. Mind you, I could happily have peanut butter on toast even if I did have food in...

Dinner was a few hours ago here. I don't think you would have liked it, as there was just a bunch of us homosexuals there.

Seeing as it is a little late for dinner tonight I'll take a raincheck. A bunch of homosexuals doesn't bother me as long as no one tries to pick me up after I have said, No. :p

Aww, it's always cute when straight guys flatter themselves by thinking they're desirable.

My mother learnt to do it from one of her friends. If I know she's making it, I just have to drive the 200km to her home. She doesn't make it too often, fortunately.

At my age and size I am flattered when ANYONE thinks I'm desirable. :D

I don't know yet. Either I'll eat from Cruise Inn, a nice little restaurant that I could literally walk to(which is odd in a rural area) or something...from...home.

Forgive me, but that really doesn't sound odd. It depends on what you consider walking distance, I suppose.

Had I stayed at home it would've been the pasta in homemade sauce I made earlier today. As it was I went round my friend's house after work and had pizza. I can't decide which would've been better (food wise I mean - the company at my friend's house was way better than my family).

Well, it's at least a mile and a half.
