Yes, NS needs another thread for all us NS's to take screenshots of our (mostly) beautiful desktops. NS is really quite overdue for one of these threads. I haven't seen one in ages. Hopefully, that means some exciting new art!

A few things I would like you to keep in mind:
Do not post your full size image here. Either provide us with a link, or a scaled image that links us to the full size. This will keep loading times reasonable, and keep the page layout froms getting overstretched.
Do not flame other people's desktops.
Do be prepared to be asked to a link for just your background image.
Keep the images appropriate for everyone. Remember some of posters have kids, and I doubt any of them want to explain some of the pictures to their kids.
Do not post desktops that have pictures of other people in them without their permission.--Thanks Kellarly.

Prees "Print Screen." It is at the top right by "Scroll Lock" and "Pause/Break." It is sometimes called "Sys Rq."

Open paint.

Press <ctrl>+v

Save the file as a .jpeg

Go to http://imageshack.us/ browse for the file then click upload.

Copy (<ctrl>+c) the texted in the bos labelled "Thumbnail for forums (1)" and paste it in a reply.

I guess I'm used to it. Most of those folders I could actually delete, as I have them elsewhere as well. I just can't be bothered to check which ones.

I like KDE. Gnome has some better themes for it, but KDE is pretty nice overall. That is, if you ignore Konquorer.

a) an SM situation. Most people who have seen it notice the corset straight up (duh) but need to have the cuffs pointed out to them. After that they're all "that isn't appropriate for this forum" blah.

No no no, i refuse to use 3rd party programs to skin windows. That is a msstyles file. You need to "hack" your 'uxtheme.dll' or replace it with a pre hacked one, so it will accept styles that arent microsoft official ones. It is rather handy and it allows you to use 1000's of skins that you don't need ram intensive programs for.

I did that too, i also recoloured some skins i got off the net... *i mean no i didn't* (stupid copyrights)... and i recoloured the luna ones to well different colours... lol... i made one bright pink luna theme. :p
