I should have my own TV show. The problem is I'd keep changing the name. It'd make finding it in the TV Guide tough for old people. Which is not exactly my target audience anyway. :p

For now, the name of my TV show would probably be 'Goofball Fucks The FCC.' :)

First Bill Goldberg could beat Steve Austin in a cool contest any day of the week. Second, I heard that in a recent episode, a few guys sumbmerged the Hulk Hogan underwater so he would sufficate, and become weak enough to beat. If that is true, then it is not entertainment.

If you want entertainment, watch WWE.

If you want wrestling, watch TNA.

If you want 20 minute segments, watch WWE.

If you want chain wrestling, watch TNA.

If you want pirates, boogeymen, white rapping wrestlers who don't rap and can't wrestle, women with broomsticks, squash matches, a lot of injured guys, crazy white girls, "diva searches", and lightweights stuck on the internet shows, watch WWE.

If you want the X Division, watch TNA.

These are the only 2 remaining regularly televised wrestling-based programs. I say wrestling-based because the WWE is blatantly no longer about the wrestling as its primary presentation.

WWE to me isn't even entertaining. I'd rather rent a movie usually.

Oh, and Goldburgers sucked. The WWF Gillberg parody was just as convincing.

There's only a certain level you can plan a wrestling match and wrestling moves. If wrestling was fake there'd be no injuries. There's no safe way to get hit with a chair, for example. You take it and hope for the best.

the original Ultimate Warrior was running roughshod over Hulk, Earthquake (big fat dude in the blue jumpsuit, who had a beard), Macho King (at that time) Randy Savage, etc.

even then, though... i'd prefer watching any real sport --- well most of them, even golf -- to watching a bunch of 500-pound-benching ballerinas do stunts.

new age outlaws and DX was the high point of wrestling...

I liked it for the funny. Most of the Canadian talent in the WWE has been pretty good, both athletically and humorously. Oh, the glory days of Edge and Christian. Reeking of Awesomeness.
