I fail to see the enjoyment in settling for the cheapest form of noodle available and dumping processed cheese all over it.

Drink:

This was on a 100+ degree day with no A/C. I drank at least 6 cans of Coke, one of those 64 oz. bottles of grape juice, and I totally lost track of how much water I drank.

Food:

These days, I don't really eat that much, but in my teens/early 20's, my appitite was legendary. I didn't keep track of what I ate, but nearly everytime anyone saw me, I was shoving food down my throat. About the time my appitite slowed down, 3 neighborhood grocery stores went out of business. My mom swore that it wasn't a coincidence.

I'm basing it off of Kraft Dinner kits that I've seen.

this one's much simpler but still very good:

Tom's Wisconsin Cheesehead Mac and Cheese

1 box Kraft Mac and Cheese (7 oz. "The Cheesiest")
Slightly more than 4 TBSP salted butter
One-third cup of milk
Large handful of grated cheddar cheese
Salt/pepper to taste

Cook the macaroni in boiling water, place cooked mac in colnder and set aside

In the pan, combine the milk, butter and cheese sauce mix (part of the box) and mix untill well-mixed (smooth)

Re-add the macaroni to the pan and mix well with the cheese sauce

Add the large handful of cheddar cheese amd stir until melted/stringy/gooey

Add salt/pepper to taste

Dump your yield onto a large plate... should make about 2 pounds of product.

The most I ever drank in one day is 16.5 liters of water (about 4.3 gallons), but it was about 130F (54C) and I was wearing body armour. When we were done conducting a checkpoint I changed clothes, and when my shirt dried it was so salt encrusted I could actually stand it up unsupported.

Michiganders and ridiculous heat do not mix.

Just finished an egg and sausage sandwich (sub par). On deck is a pastrami and provolone sandwich and some black pepper and sea salt chips. But that's really for latter. Too much soda. I'm thinking it's time to ween myself off the bottle but the caffiene thing is a bit hard to let go. Tea doesn't seem like a good enough substitute, but getting rid of corn syrup has its appeal.

The most I've eaten in one sitting probably goes to the burrito the size of my forearm-from the crux of my elbow to my fingertips, and just as wide. It's the munchy smasher.

I planned on drinking 21 beers on my 21st birthday. I remember number 17, sort of. I also remember waking up with a broken foot.

Most food was, almost certainly, some Thanksgiving Day feast. Prolly...

Today:

5am - Honey Nut Cheerios.

1230pm - A bacon/provelone/English muffin sammy and some Fritos.

7pm - Pasta e Fagioli and a bit of a ciabatta...yum!

When I was training full-on, I did a nutrition analysis of my diet.
I was averaging 4500 calories a day, which included around 4 litres of milk, juice and water.
But as I was cycling an hour and a half a day (it was ~20 minutes to the gym) and going to the gym twice a day (hence the 90 minutes cycling), doing cardio work (an hour on the rowing erg) in the am and weights in the pm, I was using up 4500-5000 calories a day.

Must say, I looked damned good back then. But man, was it hard!
And frukin' boring.

My day consisted of get up, eat a huge bowl of porridge, cycle to the gym, hour cardio, cycle home, eat a huge bowl of boiled rice with tuna, sleep in the afternoon, wake up, have a protein drink + banana, cycle to gym, weights, cycle home, rice and tuna for dinner with protein drink + creatine, then bed.

That was my day, every single day.
After a while I just couldn't face it anymore.

On the other extreme, I once ate a kilogram of chocolate in 4 hours. I was pretty stoned and drunk at the time apparently.
I've also, with a Ukranian friend of mine (who weighs in at a massive 52kgs - 115lbs), drunken 3 bottles of vodka (straight - them russkies know no other way to drink vodka), a couple shots of tequila and 1.5 bottles of wine.
Then I passed out. Around 4am.
She woke up at 9am and polished off the wine (it was 'too early' for drinking apparently) and then went onto g&t's come the afternoon.
I was sick for 2 days.

Never, never, never get into a drinking contest with a beautiful Ukranian woman. You'll only embarass yourself.

You really shouldn't get into a drinking contest with any Ukrainians. I had a buddy from the Ukraine when I was in the Army. He lived in the Ukraine until he was 10 and then moved to New York, so he sounded just like Sly Stallone in Rocky. One night we were all out drinking until 6:00am, and I crashed out on my couch. At 10:00 I hear someone beating on my door, so I stagger over and open it. He's standing there with a bottle of vodka and says "Hey, yo, I have vodka, we make it disappear!"
