Is it just me or are there many other like me sat at there desk pretending to work when really they are posting stuff on here, anyone been caught

I should really be revising for my GCSEs, but I've done a bit of Bitesize online stuff.

Not actually skiving work, as I don't have a job, but I should be writing my dissertation right now. I haven't done any work on it for a week because of this forum.

Actually, it's because I'm lazy as fuck, and I work better when there's very little time left to do it. Deadline's in over two weeks, so I'm not bothered yet.

I've been doing it for the past 4 hours, pretty much. *sigh* only another 4 left.

yup. well right now i'm kinda on a break but yeah... should be working. i'm here every day to some extent when i should be working, usually just between jobs and stuff. really, really tired right now.... wishing i could just go have a nap :(

5 days? I'm aiming for 5 hours! Well, no...but somewhere in the region of 5 days. I've already managed 1000 words, so only another 8000 to go. That's...uh...1600 a day. Easy.

i don't have a job right now. what i actually do is work for 3 or 4 months then quit and live of my wages for as long as possible. my gap year has kind of turned into 2 years, although i intend to go uni in september. in the meantime i think i'll try getting some officework. sneaking on forums during work hours seems like fun. besides i can't handle another job as a sales assistant.

I used to, but the company banned the site after they saw some of the threads that I was posting in. So now I can only post if I'm not at work, like right now.

I wish I had the time at work.

My work comes in screaming bits of activity punctuated by long spates of boredom. I forum during the active times. ;)

Not anymore. But I did all day. Or..I didn't have to pretend as I was alone in the office today. It has become more difficult since I had to disconnect my work computer from the bad bad internet. Nowadays I just read magazines and it's quite boring... :(
Today was different because I had to record 2 hours of film on DVD and it took ages. I spent all day surfing and only went to edit room to press one key/click on mouse/change tape every 15 minutes.

I've wasted hours of homework time on here. Does that count?

I have this afternoon to do 3 pieces of coursework...yet I'm still posting on NS I guess my teacher shouldn’t of made that comment on how he won’t accept any rubbish work :p

I do work... posting off and on throughout the day as a form of short break.
