Rumour has it that game is the shit. But Rumour can probably play at least seven times better than myself or my friends, so Rumour can goddamn stuff it.
But yes, it did come out quite some time ago....

I suspect that particular banner ad is for Guitar Hero 2, which is being revealed at E3 this year.

jolt is a british gaming site, and we get games usually a bit later than you americans. hence the lag... but guitar hero has for some reason taken even longer than usual to come out over here iirc
