Yes. I use to run ten miles every other day and work out with weights on alternate days. After I get this coming pay increase, I'll be going to the local YMCA again to work out and start running again. :)

I agree. Weight training can be a part of a good workout routine, but by itself only carries an idividual just so far.

You get the motivation by working out in front of feebles.

Yes and it sucks. No, it only sucks while I'm doing it, but after I'm finished, I feel great. I would like to exercise outdoors more, but my allergies go haywire during the spring.

I have not done any exercise at all since the early 1990s.

If I run for a few seconds now my chest spasms out in pains. I would not be suprised if very soon I´d have an appoinment with the grim reaper.

However, given my current line of work I am unable to workout/exercise since I do on average 12 hours plus a day in the office, I just dont have the time.

Umm... I do a bunch of press-ups, sit-ups and dumbell stuff every night, does that count?

And I cycle to the station and back every day, and generally do a fair amount of walking.

Nope, doing any exercise in the tropics for long periods of time would kill me. And the way gym fees are structured - it's a scam.

No. I'd consider running, but never plan to start weightlifting.

RAAARRRR! ME SO MUCHO MACHO! OOORAH!

I work out sums and things. But not at the gym.

I would start going, but to be honest a lot of people who go to the gym are self-absorbed arseholes, which is a bit tiresome. I might just get my own equipment.

Went to the gym the other day, but I hardly ever actually go to the gym... I bike a little over an hour several days a week(if its not raining, and in holland it rains a lot, so yeah...)

"Working out" is stupid and a waste of your and everybody's time.

Don't do it. You're only hurting yourself and nobody really gives a rat's ass how much you can bench.

I have never worked out in my life and I still get laid more than you by much more beautiful women.

Put down the free weights and pick up a book.

Woot, we need more motivational speaking like this!

All the excercise I ever get is PE in school, which is about one hour a week. The mile run usually takes me around 6-7 minutes. Unless we do it after the christmas holidays.

You should never run unless something is chasing you.

Thus, chasers need to work out. As do rapists.
