Trying to pick one that is the biggest user of suicide bombings? That would take some serious research which I am not inclined to take up. What we do have is constant media trumpeting everytime Hamas blows something up in Israel. I haven't heard anything about that Kurd organization, must be something the media ignores, like Africa.
