Whadda ya' mean, cussin' an' stuff?
A Michiganian male in two-thousand - or sumwheres there abouts - got charged of essentially swearin' when his canoe flipped over while in the presence of "innocent" children.
He got fined.
He also was on NPR later.
No, I'm not going to look for a link. I'm not lying.
If I was lying I would say that George W. Bush commits bestiality with my dog on weekends. I tape films of the intercourse, put them up on the interent and charge fees for downloads.

I believe both. Negative means the right not to join an association, not to speak, not to have an opinion. Your examples, respectively, concern freedom of speech and freedom of bestiality. One is enforcable by law, the other is not.
How much do you charge for that bestiality download?

It would depend on how much it took to produce and distribute the product, but since I'm not doing it, I don't know. 10.00 American.
