What would happen?

Who do you think would win if the Axis defeated the Allies? With two mighty powers conflicting in Russia among other places in Asia, the wartime aalliance would not hold long. So who would win, Japan or Germany? I'd go with Germany as long as Hitler kept his own head out of it. They had many more tanks and alot more resources.

What's with all the WW2 speculation today?

I'm guessing everyone on here loves history. And when one history freak mentions in a room full of other similar-minded freaks it sets off a stream of thoughts and revelations that all branch off into an outwardly spinning spiral of ideas which will eventually consume the room in speculation. All those who don't care will turn it into a political discussion, possibly blaming WWII, the Punic Wars, and hair loss on George Bush. Or it might spawn off ethics comittees reviewing the various rational and moral factors involved in the Holocaust(by today's standards of course).

Either all that or we're just bored.

Germany defeats the USSR and Britain. Eventually Germany deveops the A-Bomb. The Greater German Reich and the American Empire, assimilating the Commonwealth, face offsomewhere in the '60s. Superior V-technology and Amerikkka Bomber technology allow the GR to bomb the US into submission, although not before the US wipes a few German or puppet-cities off of the map.

Thats the most realistic view.

Oh, and I'm the history freak by the way, heh...

Sorry, should've clarified but, what I meant was, who would win in a Japan vs. Germany fight somewhere around the 50's. This is assuming that Germany either nuked America into submission or just plain pwned them in Europe, defeating GB and the USSR.

Oh and right on, history freaks rule!
