Well if you think about it...every religion has verses that talks about war and death. Heck even my faith, christianity, is based around the beating and the murder of a man... But to look past all of that and to gain a closer relationship with God is really what is important. I don't think the qur'an mentions passover, becuase it refers to a jewish holiday, but yet the mention the exodus because they beleive they are the true seed that escaped out of egypt.
Christian. But also i believe some of them talk about murder of infendels (Jews,Christians those people)

Actually quite the contrary...Islam really prohibits the killing of People of the Book, meaning Jews and Christians, also it outlaws suicide and killing innocents. So anytime you see a suicide bomber or some violence related to an "islamic group", just realize that those people don't represent Islam, they represent the twisting of the words of the holy Prophet(PBUH).
heres another question, How long is a day to Allah?
22:47
A Day with Allah is as a thousand years of what ye reckon.
70:4
Unto Him in a Day whereof the span is fifty thousand years.

Since allah is the same God as the christian and Jewish God, this can be debated in every abrahamic religion. No one really knows how long a day is to God. God/allah/yaweh is infinite, there is no time to Him i beleive. But i think as humans we are taught that everything is connected with a time frame, thus we say that one day to God is a thousand of our own... So i don't think there is a rela definite answer, just different ideas that humans have of what time would be to God.
ok thank you if i have more problems i'll ask

And ill do my best to answer, but keep in mind i am not the most qualified person to answer. I am just a christian that knows a tid bit about islam, and there are a number of muslims on this forum, so they could probably answer better than me.

If god has days, doesn't it imply that he lives on some planet orbiting a sun? Kinda makes him seem small.

Well thats what I was leaning towards, the notion that there is no time to God, just a way for man to try and apply "logic" to the notion of such a being.
