Just got some GREAT news!

My daughter-in-law, Vanessa Horn, will have a celebration at a local country club to celebrate her new position as Regional Vice-President for Arbonne (http://www.horn.myarbonne.com/arbonne/horn.nsf), an international skincare and beauty products company. I've watched Lee ( my younger son ) and Vanessa try several different things to provide a stable home life and good income level for their two little boys for several years now. They seem to have hit paydirt this time and I'm very proud of both of them. Vanessa is a true Wonder Woman; it makes me tired just watching her! Heh!
BTW ... as a new Regional Vice-President, the company will be giving her a new, all-white Mercedes! Kewl! :D
Just wanted a chance to brag on her a bit. ;)
EDIT: BTW ... if you're interested, pay her Website a visit. The company is international, so anyone ( particularly women ) who's interested can join.
Just wanted a chance to brag on her a bit. ;)
You 62 year old attention-whore you! :p
Congratulations! :)

While white wouldn't exactly be my color of choice for my brand new Mercedes, I still say Congrats to her. :)

Congratulations. I hope it works out for her.
Thank you. She's the sort of person for whom virtually anything she does will "work out" because she makes it work out. She's worked sooo hard for this.

Sounds like she deserved it, too.

Thank you. The company uses that Mercedes as its "signature vehicle," so they insist that it be white.

I second that!
Unlike her father-in-law, who's just a used up old ex-soldier, she's still young and will do very well for herself and her family. :)

Congrats. Hope they both are bumped into a higher tax bracket and somehow end up owning the North Lawn of The White House through an IRS beurocratic error

LOL! Knowing the two of them, they would probably turn it into a theme park and charge admission! LOL!

I'd buy a whole bunch of souvenirs and regret the expense later

Hehehe! Tsk! You need to exercise a bit more restraint! :p
