Would you spend 85 British pounds on a Mc Donald sandwich?

Ok, it's not actually from Mc Donalds, it's named after it's creator. He's learned that there's a sucker born every minute and alot of them have more money than they know what to do with. His expensive sandwich sounds tasty, but certainly doesn't sound like it's worth that much cash.

I'll admit a bit of curiosity about it, but not $170 worth of curious.

I wouldent even spend 85 british pence on one.
Hey, I'd spend 85p on that sandwich, and I'm vegetarian. Admittedly, I'd just go into the street and sell it for a few quid...

Damn that is one hell of a sandwhich but i think i shall stick with my 84 pence loaf of bread which i can get enough cheese, crisps, sauces to fill the whole loaf for about 7£ so i aint complaining. :)

That's the kind of thing a person buys so he or she can say he bought it--conspicuous consumption.

But it's not a McDonald's sandwich. It's a sandwich made by a guy named McDonald.

The price on that sandwich? Outrageous. People need to look closely at what their priorities are.

don't need, would love to have, don't need, don't need, don't care, don't care.

A great home is something I wouldn't mind having. The rest? If I had the money to be able to have those things I'd place it all in the bank to make sure that I actually kept my new wealth. Throwing it away on a stupid sandwich isn't very prudent or frugal.

If someone could invent a sandwich that did that, they'd charge a hell of a lot more. I would, if I invented it.

I see spending serious money on clothes, car, food etc. is simply a waste. People want to comment on how rich I am by my expensive possessions? I'd rather people try to see substance rather then how much they love your Porshe. :)

Besides I've had expensive food before and I really don't care for it. I'd much rather buy the garbage off of McDonalds dollar menu. Maybe it makes me cheap but you are fed without blowing money on "fine" restaurants.

Ruin, or make better?
