If the world was going to end (whether in terms of human extinction or total annihilation) and you could pick/predict how that was going to happen, what would you choose?

I'm going with a super mutant strain of antibiotic resistant bacteria to wipe out our species. :D

Even if antibiotics won't kill it, over 6,500,000,000 immune systems probably could :)
If we do get wiped out, I reckon it'll be by an asteroid impact.

Humans (and most of current life forms) will be Harvested (similar harvests are made regularly - last one 165 million odd years ago).

I don't really know if our meat will reach high price in Sirius Prime Central Market: too many additives.

Or maybe the ultimate reality show: planet survivor. Loosers get voted off the planet, the whole world population are contestants.
The popular media will be the doom of us all.

I think LG will have something to do with it, i dont know maybe he gets a planet of mud to colide with the earth so we can all have mud fights but everyone but him drown in the mud so he then takes his own life by eating mud.. just an idea.

Actually, forget my earlier post. I think the apocalypse will be a result of this (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=476369).

war over the reamining oil-reserves, or war over the reamining habitable land because of a new ice age, which will devestate the planet. this, and the after-effects of all the dirty weaponry used will kill at least on third of the worlds population..in the aftermath current world order will collapse..while a virus developed during the past wars will break out killing billions of humans but leaving the rest of the world untouched (hail the biological warfare) what is left will perish in the struggle for survival in a thriving nature, cause the few of us today that were able to survive without modern technology have long died, leaving the rest helpless.

stop wishing guys, if something is gonna wipe out humanity it's gonna be ourselves. although i like the alien-theory too.
