Maddox, the infamous author of The Best Page in the Universe (http://maddox.xmission.com/) (one of the most popular sites on the internet) is to release a book The Alphabet of Manliness (http://www.alphabetofmanliness.com/). I presume that it will be more hilariously over-the-top macho humour in the vein of his website rants.

That said, he's a extremely funny asshole. I may just buy this book.

Eugh, I don't think it's funny, either. For a long time I thought that the whole "Maddox" thing was maybe just a guy thing. Then I learned that a whole lot of chicks like that site, too.
So then I figured maybe it was something that less intellectual people probably found amusing. Then I learned that it was passed about my friends and my floor like wildfire, once I moved into the dorms. Scratch that, too.
Now I think that maybe it's genetic, like maybe there are a few of us out there who hold the key to Maddox-immune environments....
I said it two years ago, and I'll say it again: People still read Maddox?
