damn right! the novel i've been writing for the last 3 years i see as a movie in my head... i think in pictures mostly anyway and see a scene of a movie in my head and have to describe it/put it down on the page before it disappears again. i'd so love for it to be a movie. damn i need to get writing that thing again!

probably because I used to be a stand up comedian?

although I am writing a book, and also 2 screen plays (I have been working on the screen plays for about 8 years now though........I wonder if I will ever be done? even when I get done if I sell it, they will change it, so I don't know why I work so hard on it now)

Thanks for the insight. Seriously, those tests never tell me anything I don't know. Why do I waste my time taking them? Next time anyone makes a thread with a test like this, just list the results and I'll tell you what I'm going to get before taking it.

I was a borderline one though, one step over and I would have been a Sci Fi writer. In reality, I don't want to do either (although Sci Fi wouldn't be bad), I prefer modern fantasy, speculative history, and old fantasy.

So - make them "poignant, cynical, psychological tales of relationships severed".... between robots, and everyone's happy!

What a boring test. There's no attempt to research the topic deeper. It's just in the vein "OK, so you're a Star Trek nerd". A "non-obvious" plot and setting doesn't mean science fiction. Think Palahniuk, for example.

If I was a writer, I'd do everything to induce a mindfuck.

And who says I'd write movies, anyway? Why couldn't I write deep, interesting, complex storylines for RPG's? I'd much rather do that than write movies (though that wouldn't be out of my interest).
