About a family who have a genetic problem and have reverted to acting like prehistoric forms of the Homo species.
Think this gives any weight to evolutionism?

Thanks :)
I'm going with gentic abnormality rather than "regression", I have no idea who thought up this regression idea, but it sounds like BS to me.

What the hell is evolutionism?

Not really. They walk on all fours, but they put their hands flat, unlike other primates (and presumably our own ancestors) who walk on their knuckles.

1. It's not 'evolutionism', it's evolution.
2. Evolution doesn't need more weight behind it, any more than gravity needs more weight behind it (pun not intended).

Yes. Implying they may be a missing link.

Erm it is not really reverting back, or showing evolution traits... Babies sometimes crawl like this family walks, imo they just crawled like that abnormally long compared to normal kids and hence developed to be able to continue to go like that.

What's your problem? I simply pointed out the (fairly major) mistakes in your post. There is no need for your mindless flaming, if you can't talk nicely then go somewhere else.

You don't need to go to 60 minutes or Turkey to see people heading backwards on the evolutionary ladder...
just step outside my front door of a Saturday night and head down the town centre. Full of the buggers.

Oh, usually they are walking between the pubs, or driving around, windows wound down, playing bad music so loud it shakes the very foundations of the earth.

Me too. The fact that they have a condition in their brain called "cerebellar ataxia" tells me that it's just a matter of them not having the balance necessary to walk on two limbs.
If it was backwards evoluion then their skeletons would be different. If there were only one gene responsible for bipedal walking then there would be many more cases of it rather than just 6 in the entire world.
