I have recently (like in the last 20 minutes) been put in charge of ordering supplies for our office. Are there any experienced catalogeers out there with words of advice for the purchase-challenged?
Are you asking if anybody here is obsessed with catalogs of office supplies?

read carefully, once this guy at my office ordered a gross shipment of wax pencils, he thought he would get 144 (you know a gross) but actually he got 144 boxes of 30 wax pencils each, he got fired, because the company wouldn't take a return (since he got what he ordered) and our office couldn't afford to pay for all of them and had to switch vendors and also take out a line of credit
(though I blame the chick who "okay-ed" the charge in the first place, seriously who spends $900 on wax pencils?!)
