This is a temporary measure as it is "pending a decision by European Union foreign ministers next week on future assistance." (The Times)
This comes on the heels of Canada who did the same thing as well as the United States.
Frankly, I don't think the aide will be halted permanently. I think the EU Foreign Minister will decide to resume aide but then, I've been wrong before.
What are your thoughts?
