Congrats, ya old Brits. Maybe one of you could sail over her with a few birds and give it to us yanks? That would be most appreciated.

What's the betting that the French will insist on banning British exports and shutting down our industry while claiming there is no need to do the same thing with their own?

They got it weeks ago. They said there was no need to do anything. Apparently livestock diseases are only dangerous if they're British.

The only sane solution is for everyone to buy body condom suits(you know, those bio-hazard suits. Ya, well I call em body condoms. Bitch), arm themselves in any way possible and kill every bird they see/hear/smell. Yes, only sane solution.

Everyone knows that when British livestock get a disease it becomes a gajillion times worse than it could ever possibly be if it was a french animal.

Hmmm...the report only says it's the H5 virus, not the N1 strain. So basically, what this tells us is that birds in Scotland have got the flu, which may or may not be deadly to them, and may or may not be able to be transmitted to humans.

Yep, the French will ban it quicker than you can say 'Mon canard est mort'.
