And the Dutch aren't tied with the Germans, they managed to get a slightly worse average that got reduced in rounding the final answers ;)

If they weren't, I'd be extremely surprised.

what's really sad, is based on behavior, if america was compared on that list, we'd be lower then france by at least a couple more rankings.

and i think i'd put japan ahead of germany but with netherlands and switzerland ahead of both of them.

but i guess that's just me and i'd probably be using a different standard of measurment then was

Thing is, the survey group wasn't necessarily big enough to properly judge a nation's average IQ. Especially since it's limited to the amount of people that actually took IQ tests.

I would be very interested in seeing their methodology.... anyway, IQ tests are not an accurate listing of knowledge or practical skills, education or rational thinking; the system is biased against women because of its emphasis on visual rational and perspective base rational. Anyway, what is ment by average, mean, mode or medium average?

Haha, this was done by the same guy (Richard Lynn) who claimed whites are more intelligent than blacks and that males are more intelligent than females. He also measured brain volume. Sounds like someone's about the get the calipers out. I think we had dismissed phrenology as bogus by the beginning of the 20th century.

I'll make you learn something today, when in Sweden and seaching for Calvin and Hobbes, just start screaming, "Kalle och Hobbe?! Kalle och Hobbe?!" Purchasing a newspapper might also help, but this will be much more dramatic and satisfying.
