On Wednesday, at two minutes and three seconds after 1:00 in the morning, the time and date will be 01:02:03 04/05/06.

That won't ever happen again.

You may now return to your (normal ?) life. :p

Willamena already had a thread about this.

Let me point out that Europeans will have to wait until the fourth of May.

And that this will happen again in a hundred years.

It means nothing. Our calendar is arbitrary. Imaginary numbers given imaginary meaning.

No, no, they're real. Imaginary would be like 12i+34i or something.

Uh-oh...are we going to delve into the meaning of 'real' now?

I won't be alive then, so I don't care.

So as far as I'm concerned, it won't ever happen again. Even if I did forget to type "in my lifetime". :p

Didn't we loose some years in the first millenium though, so no-one can be really sure of the date?

How do you figure?

2006 = '06
Assuming the world survives the global calamity of the moment:
2106 = '06
2206 = '06
3706 = '06

But I'll be dead, so I won't care.

Global calamity? Of what do you speak? I don't see anything threatening the existance of humanity. Perhaps the peace of humanity, but most assuredly not its existence. We're tougher to kill than you think.

Perhaps the peace of humanity, but most assuredly not its existence. We're tougher to kill than you think.I forgot my :rolleyes: but I thought the phrasing was clear enough.
