Eddie Guerrero Hall of Famer, and now Rey Mysterio, all 5’4” of him, HEAVYWEIGHT Champion of the World. WWE really needs to get off of the “EG is dead” bandwagon.
He’s totally jumped the queue in regards to the Hall of Fame thing, especially considering household names like Bob Backlund, Million Dollar Man, Jake the Snake, even Steve Austin have yet to be inducted.
Besides if WWE insists of floggin dead horses, there’s plenty more guys waving the “biggest guy the cemetery” banner to choose from…
Basically, which one is most deserving of being inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame?

Right, let me give a breakdown of my candidates.
Eddie Guerrero
Not doubting his credentials, although I doubt he would have been such a success if he wrestled 15 years ago.
Road Warrior Hawk
One half of arguably the greatest tag team ever. Maybe he should be inducted with Animal.
Mr Perfect
He’s the guy everyone my age remembers as the IC Champ.
Big Boss Man.
Hey, they made some excuse to induct Junkyard Dog, so why not?
British Bulldog
The greatest overseas wrestler there’s been (including Andre). Won everything in his time except the World Title.
Owen Hart
Was due to make it big, but had still held the IC belt a couple of times when he had his accident.
Yokozuna
As a heel he held the World Title for nearly a year. And got wins over Hogan and Bret Hart.
Rick Rude
Beat the Ultimate Warrior for the IC Belt. Didn’t do too bad in WCW either.
Brian Pillman
Steve Austin cited him as his biggest influence. Didn’t do too much in the WWF though.
But neither did Harley Race.
Kerry Von Erich
A former NWA World Champion (defeating Ric Flair). Intercontinental Champion in WWF.

I'd vote for Andre the Giant (if he's not already in there).

I'd say either Eddie Guerrero or British Bulldog.
I think if Eddie had wrestled the latter he would have beaten him.

I agree that Bob Backlund, Million Dollar Man, Jake the Snake and Stone Cold Steve Austin should be inducted, but I have no problem with Eddie Guerero being inducted as well. As for the guys on your poll, Eddie beats all the others in terms of personality and showmanship in my opinion, so I voted for him.

I'd vote for Don 'The Rock' Muraco, but only cause I once found an old doll of him and used to have it on my study desk.
edit: never mind, I just wiki'd him and he was inducted in 2003.
Look, Eddie Guerrero IS dead, and he was a really great wrestler and performer. I don't think he was looking for attention when he kicked the bucket. This is really more for his family and friends than anything, so just give it to them.
I gotta tell you, I didn't really expect him to die, but I wasn't all that surprised. He was looking pretty strung-out in those last few weeks.
