BMV got banned when the mods outlawed spam games. He got banned again, at least twice, when he couldn't follow the rules. I don't think he got IP banned, but he might have. I think Philandrea was also IP banned for bad behaviour of some sort. The others, as Boonytopia suggested seem to have simply gotten bored and wandered off.
