Higher tolerance, but it falls easily into intoxicated when driving. (aka drunk)
Remember Americans drink and party, but we have much weaker tolerances. That's why all the jokes about Irishmen is how you can't drink them under the table or give them beer advice. Hell we have a holiday to celebrate it, St. Paddies day. When green beer is sold and everyone wears green and its a party day.
