Judge criticizes FEC for allowing heavy soft money spending in '04 election

Is anyone surprised by this announcement? I know I'm not. We all know that the FEC tends to let things slide when they shouldn't.

If the FEC does not reform on its own, should the courts force them to or should the executive force them too even though they wont.

It is not the FEC that acted wrongly; it is Congress and the President that acted wrongly when they passed these ridiculous far-left subhuman collectivist laws that restrict the right of individuals to dispose of their property as they see fit.
