Yeah, but my speakers did make any noises, and I'm illiterate, so I gave up.

Franberry: How much of it did you read? I browsed and found that it's expecting 3-year-olds to be able to use the d20 system. I had a laugh imagining that. And right at the bottomWell, wait. Wait just a minute—this is all starting to sound a little too reasonable. Somebody might read this and decide we should start making the My Little Pony RPG. And that’s not what we want for April Fool’s!

I have to get that game.

When I was 8 I used to play Barbie's Riding Club. Before you scream homo, I did in fact make bets on whos horse would win whenever I raced Barbies friends. I think I won about 5 fruit roll ups.

I found this quiz on april fool jokes. You had to sopt which were real and which where fake -

The last question wasThe Wisconsin state capitol building was destroyed in 1933 by a series of mysterious explosions. The Madison Capital-Times reported at the time that the explosions were attributed to "large quantities of gas, generated through many weeks of verbose debate in the Senate and Assembly chambers".I knew it was probably going to an april fools, but I just had to believe that is wasn't... because it'd be that funny. :D

It's a shame there isn't that comment about the my little pony D&D being an april fool at the bottom of the page. There's some capital in trying to wind up Christian fundamentalists by persuading them that this is an attempt to recruit the next generation of witches by means of D&D, starting at a young age when they're impressionable. Shame.

I wish there really was a My little pony D&D then I could play it with my girls. They love My little pony..........:(

I guess I could just play regular D&D with them.

I can't figure out fucking D20.

Back to WFRP (v1) I say! OK so the career system sucked but any Gm worth their salt would mod it (or just laugh at the Elf with a Blunderbuss...)

Or wait for Lost Roads to come out, that one is going to rock.

I was more interested in the Modron figures than the Ponies gag. That and the new Invisible Stalker figure -- "so much more than an empty base"; hilarious!

I got the OGL rules from a mate and every time I look at them it's like WTF is this table for?

Explaining how the rules worked before putting magic tables and shit like that up would help...

I get that it's D20+skill-DC and the crit rules (at least basically - comes of watching some B5 players*) but every time I look at a DnD supplement it's just a crowded bunch of rubbish.

Well, I know a guy who's going to GM an Iron Kingdoms game soon so I'll just learn off him.

*Claudia Christian was one of them, I don't care that she's older than my mother she's still feckin' HOT.
