NS General Font Preferences

So, having seen threads about NS Generalites' sexual orientation, favorite color, virginity (or lack thereof), handedness, and favorite fake political party, I feel that it is time to bring a different question into the fray... what's your favorite font?

There will be a poll coming, which will include 8 relatively well-known fonts, an "Other" option, and the original poster's own personal favorite (April Fools). Of course, if you vote "Other" then post your favorite font here! :D

I've been on here a year and I never noticed the option to change fonts...until now

I never knew there were so many fonts.

Verdana because I've never cared enough to change my font.

Trebuchet is the shiznit. Seriously.
But I prefer Arial Narrow for RPing, it gives it a kind of flair I just can't describe. Outside of NS, Pythagoria is the best. Hands down.

And by the way, I didn't mean to press Times New Roman. That was an accident. I am sorry to Trebuchet, the great God of Fonts.

When setting the font for my desktop environment (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KDE) and shell, I prefer Courier New. All the other fonts seem to always print too big, or too small, or some other wierdness. Courier New always displays in the perfect size, perfectly spaced and easy to read. Plus, it's monospaced, meaning it's easier to work with when writing papers and such. And it has that nifty typewriter kind of look.

Font type isn't a choice. I type in this way because it is the way I was born to type, and anyone who tries to suggest otherwise is an evil.

Personally I prefer Verdana just because it's the most attractive font to me....it's professional looking so I can use it in papers and reports, but it's also not as restrictive as Times New Roman or Arial or anything of the sort. My webpage, Myspace profile, and my spot on Facebook are also in Verdana, because it's just what I prefer. I feel that at my age it's a little ridiculous for me to still be using the "childlike" fonts....not that I care if anybody else does, but bear in mind that this is coming from the same person who's thinking "Hmmm, I'm 20 years old, it's just about time to phase out of the t-shirt and jeans look into a more adult, professional sort of wardrobe....."

The current one.
I imagine 98 percent of people use it anyways.
98% of those because they can't be arsed using a different one.

I have no font preference, but I do love animated smilies! http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j173/GSR40ADDICT/STUFF/BANANA.gif

Hmm... are my eyes deceiving me, or has this "Taredas" just pulled an April Fools joke on you? :)

Don't listen to this fool. He's obviously a newbie with no idea as to how NS General works.

Oh, come on! You know full well that the last poll option actually reads "April Fools" in Anquietas!

You're claiming that I'm pulling a April Fools, and you only have two posts?! What do you think you are, some sort of omniscient lurker?

Then that makes both of you (or, um.....each of.....wait....) a little, um....SAD.

Either that or it's a lie, a dirty dirty lie, and everybody knows. Oh, and they're judging you.

Why, what a ludicrous... ah, right, you are one of my puppets... the puppet that drew the Federation of Taredas as an ideal date, no less.

Naturally, he is - er, I am - completely correct. That last option actually *does* read "April Fools" in Anquietas, and Franberry and Upper Whatchicallistan have fallen victim to an April Fools prank! :D

Sweet, I can change font. I never even realised. It's those smilies at the side, distracting me. Look at them, all colourful and moving. Can't.......look.....away.

I was just using that particular puppet to pull off the April Fools joke. After all, I didn't want to pull the stale "try translating that last option" line... or am I telling the truth here

I don't really care, actually, I didn't fall for it. In fact, I didn't even notice it. Haha! Totally negated the point of your little joke! :p
