Need help understanding somehting...
Ok before I start, This is not a homework thread. I asked my teacher for some good readings outside of class in spanish. Well he recommended Economia de Tahuantinsuyu. From what I am reading it seems to me that it is talking about how the empires of S. America fell because of riches or soemthing to the colonizers, and now those riches are nowhere to be found to help the devoloping nations there...am I even close at all? any help would be nice. cuz i am stumped:confused:

Maybe, I haven´t read the book. Who's the author?
Tahuantinsuyo is the Incan name for the Incan empire. (Inca is actually what they called their Emperor)

The author is Ernesto Cardenal

Ok, found it online. I think you got it well enough. It's more about how the indians had it all without having any money or anything that would considered wealth; and now they have nothing, even though they have so many of those things considered wealth on their lands.
