A quick help question. I recall it being mentioned a while ago on the BBC that the French constitution says regarding identity and nationality that everyone is French first or something which basicly makes it hard to deal with the problems of ethnic minorites. Could someone link me to some infomation regarding this. I cant find it right now.

Btw: the "point" about how "it makes it harder to deal with minorities" is moronic.

By harder to deal with, I refer to the problems of detecting and dealing with institutional racisim. Since if everyone is clasified as French that does create the illusion of equality. I apologise for my lack of clarity but I would also apreciate being given the benefit of the doubt as to my meaning. The leap of logic you are making is accusing me of racism.
