Why????
Why do I have my textbook sitting in front of me, but am finding every reason on God's green earth not to do any actual homework....... why oh why??? Is this a deathwish??

you see, I have this sweet night job, a few nights a week in an office (yes I do work full time during the day, but the night job helps pay for grad school)... Anyhow, all i really do here is play on the internet and do homework, yet the latter of the two seems to be getting neglected....

I am in the SAME situation. I can't bring myself to do homework until it's really late, and then I feel motivated to do it! UGH!!

Stuff why, I just want the darn cure...I have a 3000 word essay due tomorrow, I got less then 600 words and simply cant force myself to open up my word document....:(

Damn man, same thing here! I have an open biology binder to my side and my copy of Romeo and Juliet and my spanish material behind me. But, I just can not seem to find the drive to do it!
i never find myself in that situation, because i simply don't make any attempt to take my textbook out of my bag. makes my life just that much easier :p and my grades that much worse:(

Usually I stay up till 2 everynight because I give myself the excuse that I have homework to do, then when I get tired I just say screw it. My GPA is really dropping. I think I shall quit NS for the last 6 weeks.

all my motivation seems to have disappeared somewhere... a month ago I had things done weeks ahead of time, and now I'm struggling to get assignements in on time... :(

It's a crappy book review. What can I say, the book was boring...
I gotta write the review for a book called "Purity and Exile" by Liisa H. Malkki. It's for a course 'race and ethnicity', unfortunately this women seems to make no distinction between race and ethnicity or if she does she doesnt bother to make this explicit anywhere in her book.....
I hate book reviews. Writing about someone's writing seems so banal.

Oh, yeah, I eventually get motivation, at around midnight, meaning I go to sleep at around 2 or 3, and get 4 to 5 hours of sleep. :(

I think you just added a topic, and about 100 words to your paper... Part of a review of a book, journal, etc. is going off on the offer. Just comment that they make no clear cut distinction between race and ethnicity... you could talk for ever.
