So, lets say there's this guy being a real asshole. He seems to be singling you and anouther person out, but everything he's doing is legal, not against school rules ect. How do you get back at him? How would you get back at him?
Here's the twist: It has to be legal and not against school rules.

Some Suggestions
1.Start a rumor that the person is doing something against the rules.
2.Adopt an annoying tone of voice and constantly use it around the person.
3. Constantly interupt person when the person is doing a public conversation.
4. In General do things to goad him into breaking the rules to 'get' you. Sure you'll get punched or something but it'll be worth it to scream
"Assault and Battery", or 'Opression," "Favoritism, etc."

Duct tape his locker shut. Not vandalism, not against school rules.
When he takes it down, do it again.
*Experience note: be sure there are no nearby video cameras*

Hmmm. There's two against one. I presume?
There are ways and means of terrifying someone without actually doing or saying anything. I'd probably opt for psychological torture. You know, snickering at him/her in the hallways, throw a party and leave him/her off the invite list, stop talking abruptly as soon as he/she comes close and watch intently as he/she walks by, then go back to talking and whispering while continuing to watch as he/she continues on. The duck taping the locker shut would also help, knock a pen/pencil of his/her table every time you pass, step on books/jacket/stationary if the items are dropped accidently, etc, etc, etc. You're not being violent, it technically is bullying, but there is no conclusive evidence for it - nothing broken, stolen or beaten.
You being bullied?

Oh, and these too
What's he doing?
How about this:
I'll go to your school, and punch him in the face. You're not doing anything - I am!

If he ever leaves his backpack lying around in the hallway (happens all the time at my school) take it, take everything out, turn it inside-out, put everything back, zip it up, and return it to where you found it. If you want to have some real fun you could just crazy glue the zipper of his backpack open or shut but that might be illegal.
Why do I feel like this is one of those, "I...I mean my friend, has this problem" questions.
Anyways, you could always make their life hell. Trip them in the hallway, accidentally spill things on them, bump into their desk, etc, etc, etc.
I'd never do it, but I've never had this problem. Although it isn't illegal and you can always say it was on accident seeing how they have no proof.

Video cameras at schools? Let me guess, you guys have security guards, police, and metal detectors too, right?

Thanks guys. Don't worry,I'm not being bullied; its a very long story.
I probaly won't do anything to him, by nature I'm usually a "turn the other cheek" person. However, I was fuming. Reading this thread, though, just makes me feel better.
