I disagree, FOX is conservative not Republican. They come across as Republican for the same reason liberals come across as Democrats. Republicans tend to support conservative ideaology and democrats tend to support liberal ideaology. Since FOX supports conservative ideals, they are identified with the Republicans. However, being a Republican and being a conservative, just as being a Democrat and being a liberal, are not the same thing.

Now that I think about it, let me re-phrase, Republicans tend to pay lip service to conservative ideaology and get themselves identified with it, but it appears that in actual practice, with the possible exception of their "war on terror" (another subject for another thread) they don't seem to really be all that different from Dems in how the run the government. So, I'll stand by my assertion that FOX is conservative, but not Republican.
