Hmmm I seem to remember "bragging" about ignore lists (well starting threads and proclaiming who is on them) was against forum rules

I had some hope that this would just die, but apparently not. MustaphaMond516, as UpwardThrust told you, creating a thread just to find a list of people to ignore and then taunting them about it is bad form. Try to find a reason of substance to put people on ignore.
