**Warning! Minor Spoilers for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic**

Okay, I started replaying KoToR again yesterday (It's just so very addictive) and this time I decided to explore every facet of every character. Following every side story to its completion. Sure it's taking a while, but it's worth it. By now I've completed almost everybody's, Canderous had his duel with Jagi and Carth had a nice little bonding session with his son, but I just can't seem finish Juhani's.

I've spoken with her and learned the entirety of her history, her planets destruction and her time spend on Taris, and Xor made his appearance on Manaan accompanied by his standard threat (Which I've seen many times before). Now, Manaan is the third planet that I go to and, after I find the Star Map, I progress on to Korriban (With a small detour on the Leviathan, of course) and that's the end of the game. Okay, it's not actually the end of the game (Rakata Prime and the Star Forge still ahead), but it's the end of the search for the Star Maps and of the standard detour missions. Once you decide to progress to the Star Forge after Korriban, everything unfinished up until now can no longer be completed. Usually all that's left unfinished is Juhani herself and I figure it's not that big of a deal, so I move on and blow up the Star Forge (Or use it, I like to keep switching), but this time I'm DETERMINED to finish it.

Well, I'm a bit stuck on where to go now. You see, most of the other missions either give you specific instructions on how to complete them (Go here, kill this, find this, etc.) or complete themselves naturally as you progress through the game (For example, you find the datapad to convince Dustil the Sith are evil when you're in Uthar's quarters for completely unrelated business). Xor's mission, however, gives you almost no info. The mission info box just says that he'll be following you, and Juhani says it would be better if you found him first, but neither tells you how to do such a thing. I've got nowhere left unexplored (Except the Star Forge, of course) so my following adventures won't bring me to him, and just hoping to stumble upon him means going back to every area on every planet I've been to already (Which will take more hours than I'd prefer to spend on this).

I'm hoping that maybe, just maybe, there's one specific area to go to in order to draw out Xor and complete Juhani's story. Anybody know?

Afraid not. He popped up in the bay the Ebon Hawk lands in Manaan for me. I was playing Dark Side and I had Juhani kill him. Sorry if this is no help.

Xor will be there the next time you go with Juhani to one of the trigger points mentioned by Adm. Pellaeon.

Admiral.....Pallaeon? Thrawn's Pallaeon? Uh.....was Pallaeon in the game?

And DrunkenDove, do you mean that he popped up again when you re-docked on Manaan (Springing his trap), or that you only saw him once and had Juhani kill him when he was first encountered?

The first one. He had some goons with him.

X-Box, though I have been meaning to try the PC version to see if there are any significant differences.

Oh, EXCELLENT! Than you DrunkenDove! I never though to go back to Manaan, I always thought their neutrality laws would mean that Xor wouldn't stage his attack there.

*nods graciously*

Just don't come looking for me if it doesn't work. I played the PC version.

Some here and there. Like the shop you have to trigger in the X-box version, you get automatically in PC.

Wow...that was anti-climactic and irritating.

Damn thing glitched after we killed him, so the quest didn't end, and then (When I was doing it all over again from a saved point) my character boarded the Ebon hawk right in the middle of the battle! Took me three tries to finally do it.

Well, at least he's dead

Isn't there an opportunity to not kill him? If so you shoulda taken that one - don't fall to the dark side (again) young padawan.

Incidentally have you got the DLC? It has some pretty funky shizzle, I recommend it.

And also, play KotOR 2, its waaay better :) Although has anyone else noticed an unfortunate tendency for the framrate to drop horrifically? Sometimes to the point of all but crashing the machine? That pisses me right off.

And, on final thing, anyone heard anything about release dates, or anythign really, for KotOR 3? And is anyone else looking forward to it as much as Halo 3?! I know I sure as hell am!

Nope, no such option. Of course, you can tell Juhani to not murder him after you've already defeated him, but once he pops up he's dead. And the DLC? Not recognizing the abbreviation.

And I've played (And beat again yesterday) KoToR II many times; though good, I find it noticeably inferior to the original. Don't get me wrong, it's awesome, but the frequent glitching, lack of character conversation progression, and iffy plot (Planning to destroy the Force? Come on) detract from the gameplay.

EDIT: Oh, and though the odds are that they will make a KoToR III, and are likely even workng on it now, there's been no announcement or official update.

Oh. Fair enough - he's a cock anyway :D DLC? DownLoadable Content. As far as I know there's only a bit available for KotOR 1 thus far, but oh well.

I personally prefer 2 - the framerate drop is almost unforgivable at times, but only if your hardrive gets clogged. Lack of character conversation progression? If you get enough influence with them there's loads - and besides that you can get most of them to become Jedi! Which is just bloody rad man. And I like the plot - it's original, fairly unexpected (there were bits I didn't see coming) and so forth. And 1 tends to drag a bit for me, at least at the beginning. Taris bites ass.

Uh...what game were you playing? They have the exact same conversation options at the end of the game as they have at the beginning. No progression at all, just occasionally a new question pops up that enables them to be Jedi (Which is pretty freakin sweet).

For example, I'd just beaten Visas's master, yet when you speak to her afterward it's still the exact same questions as she had when you first meet her. Speak to her and it's "Who is your master? Did he destroy Peragus? Tell me about your homeworld." Even though you have long sinced answered both questions and she's gone into rather extreme detail. In KoToR, if you speak to somebody the conversation progresses through time. You ask about somebody's family and they respond, and that brings up new question options whereas the old ones go away. Except for the basic "Can you tell me about this planet" there's no question that remains after it's already been answered.

Even after I've already gotten her to forsake her oath, fall in love with me, and become a Jedi; the Handmaiden conversation options remain "Did Atris ever talk about me? Can I go back to the Telos Academy? Do you have a name?" Even when you know her name, and you've already returned to the Telos Academy, and we've actually killed Atris; those options remain.

It makes for rather repetitive gameplay, you can never have more than one full conversation with them.

EDIT: Oh, and I knew Kreia was a Sith ever since Telos; even on the first way through. It was so painfully apparent that I just wanted to stab her in the throat, but that option never appears till the end. I've got to listen to her prattle throughout the entirety of the game, even though I know it's evil advice.

Oh that kind of progression. Yeah that is kinda lame. But still, the point remains that they can become Jedi lol, which is just plain awesome.

And yeah it was pretty obvious that Kreia was gonna screw you over at some point, but I didn't realise she was out to destroy the Force itself, or that Atris was gonna be a complete clusterfuck either. And it was pretty obvious she [Kreia] was a Sith lol, she tells you readily enough. Personally I found most of the conversations with her to be pretty interesting. In fact, most of the conversation in general was pretty interesting - first time at least lol.

And incidentally, if you go evil, then she gives you good advice - she's thoroughly neutral. Which is quite convenient, since all you have to do to gain influence with her is to say 'oh ok, I'll think about what you've said'. And then just continue doing whatevger the hell it was you were doing in the first place.

Out of interest, if you've already done it evil-wise, is it just me, or do evil characters get a lot more Force points? Because my evil guy ended up with about600-700 FP, whereas my good one I'm pretty sure didn't get that much. I put it down to the crazy, killing Jedi Masters and absorbing their life force majobbamy.

Oooh I geddit now lol.

Sorry - I consider myself more of a geek than a nerd, since I am in fact fairly nerdy, but I don't actually know how computers really work and stuff, never having done any educational IT outside of 'here's how we copy and paste'.

Actually, screw all that lol, I'm a gamer through and through, with an unfortunate but incidental addiction to msn and NS Gen (what a pleasing rhyme scheme there).
